Management body offers more CQ training

The Australian Institute of Management (AIM) is providing more opportunities for Central Queensland people to upskill in the region.

AIM says it recognises the need for local industry to upskill, train and retain talent in the current competitive labour market, and the expanded range of courses for 2019 will reduce their training costs by eliminating the need for flights, accommodation and down time.

“We’ve listened, and we’ve responded to the demands of  businesses and locals and we look forward to a great uptake of these courses,” AIM chief executive officer Ben Foote said.

“The Australian Institute of Management Education and Training – Mackay Campus is launching its 2019 training course calendar in support of our local industry where in consultation we are offering a selection of diverse courses ranging from Project Management to Financial Fundamentals.”
