Land 400 phase 2 project briefing

Interested suppliers are invited to attend a briefing being held in several states and the ACT on the Varley – Rafael Joint Venture for the: Anti-Tank Guided Weapon (ATGW) and Active Protection System (APS), as associated with Land 400. The project is valued between $40-$90 million. The Queensland event is being held at Eagle Farm on April 11. See booking details below. Others are scheduled for the ACT, New South Wales and South Australia. Land 400 Phase 2 will deliver a networked and integrated capability replacing the current ASLAV fighting vehicle fleet. The JV is offering the Spike LR2 5th Generation Anti-Tank Guided Weapon (ATGWs) to provide Land 400 with a long range defence capability – manufactured and supported in Australia. The Project The Varley – Rafael joint venture is offering the Spike LR2 5th generation missile system and its associated launch system, command systems and simulators to deliver unmatched capabilities for the future LAND 400 platforms. The Spike ATWG is the missile system that has already been integrated into the wining Rheinmetall Boxer CRV, the vehicle selected for Land 400 Phase 2.
