Gas infrastructure company Jemena is on the look-out for graduates who want to join Australia’s energy sector.
Launching its 2021 Graduate Program, Jemena executive general manager of people, safety and legal, Jodie Blake, described it as the perfect launch pad for graduates to kick-start their careers.
The program would challenge participants to tackle real world-problems and take ownership of projects that would shape how energy was delivered reliably, affordably, and sustainably to Australian homes and businesses, she said.
Ms Blake said graduates in Jemena’s program will complete four six-month-rotations over two years, while also receiving on the job coaching and mentoring from leaders across the business.
“In total we are hiring five graduates across a range of disciplines including electricity markets, corporate affairs and marketing, digital, and finance,” said Ms Blake.
Applications for the 2021 Jemena Graduate Program close COB July 17, 2020.
All positions will be based at Jemena’s Melbourne headquarters on Collins St in accordance with government advice on social distancing.
Successful applicants will commence with Jemena in February 2021.
